  • Our Sandon scheme has six properties: two for shared ownership and four for rent. The development includes a small community park and a pond, which put the development on hold while we rehoused some crested newts!

At 103 years old, we are one of the UK’s oldest housing associations.

We manage nearly 1,600 homes within a 25-mile radius of Letchworth Garden City, including nearly 200 homes in rural areas of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

    We are offering a series of skills courses for residents over the next six months,  including beginners and 'next steps' computer courses,  first aid and food hygiene and early years in childcare.  For more details click here

    Following a review of our gas servicing contract by a group of staff and residents, we have appointed MCP Property Services as our new gas contractor, with effect from 10 November.

  5. Hitchin dementia club – waiting list only

    Hitchin now has a new club to support local people with low to moderate dementia. It is currently fully subscribed but we're operating a waiting list.
