We manage over 1,500 homes within a 25-mile radius of Letchworth Garden City, including nearly 200 homes in rural areas of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

We have a strong commitment to building and strengthening communities, while also supporting our residents.

  1. Bogus Contractor Alert

    PLEASE BE AWARE:

    One of our residents recently phoned Howard Cottage to say that someone had called at he property and said he was there to service the gas boiler. She told him that she hadn’t had any notification from s or Shillingoak about this and did not let him in. The resident then reported this to the police.
