  1. Resident Satisfaction Survey 2014

    Earlier this year 500  residents took part in our annual customer satisfaction survey.  We are now in the process of phoning residents to follow up on comments made.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part, and look forward to speaking to some of you soon.

    We are sad to announce that Melanie Black, one of our Housing Officers, passed away last month after a long battle with cancer.

    Our thoughts are with Mel’s family and friends. She will be sadly missed by us all.

    Our texting service helps you check your rent balance, request a call back from your housing officer and log a repair.

  5. Hitchin dementia club – waiting list only

    Hitchin now has a new club to support local people with low to moderate dementia and it’s keen to recruit new members.
