Who we are

We are a non-profit making organisation, which means our rental income is used for the maintenance of our homes, major repairs programmes, resident services, and management fees.

We employ over 40 staff and are controlled by a voluntary board of management , consisting mainly of local people and residents. The Board ensures that the association follows procedures and guidelines set out by the Tenant Services Authority, and controls any major decisions on policy changes and development.

We achieve these values by working closely with our partners, stakeholders and residents to ensure strong relationships with mutual respect. Good communication and excellent customer service are key, and we always strive to put our residents at the heart of everything we do.

Our Mission

Working together for better housing.
