We have won an Eastern regional award for our performance and efficiency for the second year running!

We have been named ‘Organisation of the Year – Performance Indicators’ for the Eastern region. The honour was awarded by HouseMark who benchmark housing organisations’ performance and efficiency. These were HouseMark’s second awards relating to performance indicators, and were held in Cambridge. We were the top performer based on the following quarterly performance indicators for 2008/09:

• Average SAP ratings (Standard Assessment Procedure – a measurement for how energy-efficient homes are) 
• The highest percentage of homes that meet government standards 
• The number of emergency repairs completed on time 
• Average time taken to re-let properties from when they are left vacant
