Great news! We have improved how we deal with anti-social behaviour and now have a dedicated officer responsible for it.
We are committed to identifying and dealing with anti-social behaviour and nuisance quickly, effectively and comprehensively. Residents have the right to peaceful enjoyment of their home and we will work closely with our partners and making good use of all the tools available to us to assist them to achieve that.
If you are suffering from anti social behaviour then you should contact our Customer Services Team to report it. They will take initial details from you and pass it onto the Housing Team for further investigation. All our Housing Officers are trained to deal with these situations and will be happy to help you.
