We work with local councils and several major national and local development partners to provide affordable housing across North Herts and parts of Beds. All our homes are built to a standard above the current building regulations requirement, and in an endeavour to protect the environment; we are currently building environmentally friendly homes to the Code for Sustainable Homes level three. This code ensures that a high level of environmentally friendly materials and technology are used within the construction of insulation.
