Homeswapper is a service available to help you swap your home with another tenant - known as a "mutual exchange".

HomeSwapper is the largest mutual exchange service in the UK with thousands joining every month and the benefits are that:

• Any tenant from any social landlord can register
• You can swap with tenants of any registered social landlord, not just Howard Cottage
• HomeSwapper covers the whole of the UK, so you can find swaps locally or nationally.

To join the scheme, or just have a look at what swaps are available, go to

www.homeswapper.co.uk.  Or if you prefer you can view a file of local swaps available at our office.  Once you have found someone you want to swap with, you will both need to complete application forms with your landlord.  Contact our customer services team for further information and ask for a form.

Don't forget - you must not exchange properties with anyone without first obtaining written permission from both Landlords.  All applications will be subject to qualifying criteria.
