• Replace bathroom sanitary ware - Rushby Mead
• Kitchen refurbishment - Kingham Road, Rose Cottages, Regents Court, Olympic Court, some properties in Glebe Road and Pearsall Close
• New central heating systems - Campers Road, Redhoods Way, Icknield  Way, Wilbury Road, Pearsall Close
• External decoration - Broughton Hill, Hillshott, Monklands, Ridge Avenue, Green Lane, Spring Road, Highbush Road Stotfold
• Replace shed doors - Monklands
• Re-roofing sheds - Archers Way, Monklands 
• Subject to obtaining Listed Building Consent, replacement doors at Rushby Mead and replacement windows at Meadow Way Green
