Mystery Shopping

Are you a person who likes to find out exactly what happens?

Is excellent service important to you?

If so, then becoming a Mystery Shopper could be for you!

Would you like to become a mystery shopper in 2010?

We have organised a Pizza evening on Tuesday 11th May for residents new to mystery shopping who would like to find out more.  The get together will take place at Pioneer House in Letchworth between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.  If you would like to attend please contact Jon Thurlow:  jonthurlow@howard-cottage.co.uk or phone 01462 683307.

We are recruiting residents who would like to become mystery shoppers and help Howard Cottage provide excellent customer services. Full training will be given and your expenses paid. Mystery shopping helps organisations to assess their performance and identify services that don’t come up to scratch. This information allows Organisations to make improvements and increase satisfaction levels. Just as importantly, mystery shoppers help to identify great services so organisations can feed this back positively to employees.

Residents make great mystery shoppers because they have a better knowledge of our service standards and can tell us honestly if we are meeting our commitments and your expectations.

Recent feedback received from our mystery shoppers is helping us to  improve the way we respond to residents phone calls, letters and emails.

If you would like more information about becoming a mystery shopper and help us to provide excellent customer services please get in touch with Jon Thurlow at Howard Cottage. by emailing  jonthurlow@howard-cottage.co.uk
