Our Customer Services team is now trained to deal with most general enquiries.  If you need to  speak to your Housing Officer to discuss rent arrears, antisocial behaviour or specific tenancy issues they are available every day at the following times:

Daily:  Mornings 9-10am (except Weds)

           Afternoons 4-5pm and until 6pm on tuesdays and Thursdays

We thank all those residents who fed back to us about when they want to be able to contact their Housing Officer.  We used this feedback when reviewing the times that Housing Officers are available and increased this to daily.
