Changes Within the Housing Team

We have listened to your feedback, via our recent satisfaction survey and through our focus groups and have made some improvements to the way we answer your housing queries. You now have two housing officers allocated to you, one who specialises in rent payments and income recovery and one who deals with tenancy and estate matters. Most queries are now dealt with by our Resident Services Team, who are trained to deal with general rent account, estate and tenancy matters, mutual exchanges and transfers. Please always explain your issue with our Resident Services Team in the first instance and if they can’t help you they will pass you onto someone who can.

Where your issue is more complex, or you have an ongoing matter such as rent arrears or anti-social behavior, you will be passed onto the housing officer on duty who will be able to help you. During office hours there will always be a duty housing officer available.
