Coronavirus: Changes to our repairs service
To help protect staff and residents from the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made changes to our repairs service.
We will carry out repairs to ensure the structure and exterior of your home, including doors and windows, is maintained and weather tight. We will also ensure you can safely utilise the heating, water and electrical system.
Less urgent repairs will be treated differently to ensure we minimise contact and maintain a social distance in line with measures put in place to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.
We will log details of less urgent repairs you report to us and call you back at a later date to book a repairs appointment once the Government’s measures to stop the spread of Coronavirus have been revised and curbs on contact relaxed.
