Resident satisfaction survey 2019

Each year we conduct a telephone survey amongst a proportion of our residents to find out what you think about your home and the housing services you receive from us. 

 

We would like to speak to approximately 500 households between Monday 16th September and Friday 18th October 2019 about your satisfaction with our services. 

 

We have asked independent market researchers M·E·L Research to carry out a telephone survey on our behalf.  A researcher may call and invite you to take part.  Responses are confidential and will only be used to review and improve housing services.

 

The results of the satisfaction survey will appear on our web site www.howard-cottage.co.uk towards the end of the year and we will tell you what changed as a result of your feedback in a future edition of our residents’ newsletter, In Touch.
