Help us to deliver excellent services
 
Your involvement really makes a difference by helping us to develop our services in the ways that you want.  As a resident you have personal knowledge about how we repair and maintain your homes, manage your neighbourhoods and inform you about things that matter and you can tell us honestly if we are meeting your expectations. 
 
There are many different ways residents can get involved and help us to deliver excellent service:
 
·         Complete surveys and let us know what you think
·         Join a residents’ focus group
·         Become a member of the Residents’ Independent Scrutiny Group
·         Become a Mystery Shopper / Resident inspector
·         Take part in a residents’  get together
·         Make a Comment Compliment or Complaint
·         Become a Board Committee member
