As the Coronavirus lockdown continues, Chief Executive, John Welch, requests your continued patience and understanding while we prepare to begin the long road back to normal operations.
In light of coronavirus, we want to let you know what you can expect from us and how our services are affected. We are conducting our operations in compliance with government rules and importantly to safeguard our residents, our NHS and to ensure the safety of our staff.
We have had to make some changes to our services that will help protect our staff and residents from the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Local organisations in Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire have launched services to support people impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Help is at hand
To help protect staff and residents from the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made changes to our repairs service.
We will carry out repairs to ensure the structure and exterior of your home, including doors and windows, is maintained and weather tight. We will also ensure you can safely utilise the heating, water and electrical system. Less urgent repairs will be treated differently.
